In 1967, Luzo Auto Center opened its doors in New Bedford, Massachusetts. When the business first opened, the vision was to have the leading collision repair shop in New Bedford by offering timely, high quality and reliable auto body repair. It is a vision that we are proud to have accomplished and continue to uphold today.

Over the years, our experience and customer care has helped us grow to 20 employees and several location expansions. Our team of professional repair technicians and knowledgeable, committed office staff is our biggest asset. Everyone at Luzo Auto Center is committed to continual improvement through ongoing training, helping us stay ahead of the curve in the automotive industry.

Our technicians hold a variety of certifications from ICAR, ASE and Dupont Alliance. Our office staff is certified in all aspects of claims handling through Dupont Performance Alliance, and they regularly attend related seminars to continually improve our customer’s experience through the collision repair process. It is our job to take away your hassle!

While high quality auto body and collision repair remains our trademark service, we have also expanded our services to include: auto, truck and SUV accessories (sales and installation), radiator sales and service, on-site detailing service and tire sales and installation.
